This policy explains how this site handles visitor data. The site is a static showcase — it has no user accounts, no comments and no forms, so we collect nothing from you beyond what you choose to send us by email or phone.

What we process
The site has no contact forms, no sign-up and no comments. We do not actively collect any personal data from you. If you email or call us, we process what you choose to share, solely in order to reply.
Cookies
Before you make a choice, we store exactly one cookie — the one remembering your cookie decision. It is strictly necessary and cannot be disabled. Analytics and marketing cookies load only after you allow them. Your choice lasts 6 months and you can change or withdraw it at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of any page. Analytics and measurement
With your consent we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. The Meta Pixel runs on the Slovak site only. We use Google Consent Mode v2, so until consent is given these tools store no identifiers. Data is processed in aggregate and is not used for automated decision-making.
Hosting
The site runs on a Hetzner Online GmbH server in Germany, within the European Union. The server operator processes standard technical logs (IP address, request time, browser type) as required to operate and secure the service.
Retention
We keep email correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry, or longer where the law requires it. Analytics data is retained according to the standard retention periods of the tools involved.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, write to info@bytwopixels.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, or with the Slovak Data Protection Authority.

If how the site works changes, we will update this policy and the date shown above.
